Our client is an international digital and media group providing digital services across European markets. Following an acquisition in Croatia, the company is experiencing accelerated growth in the Balkan region, coupled with the post-merger-integration challenges typical for international groups harmonizing the processes to benefit from economies of scale. To support the further growth and integration process we are looking for an experienced Interim CEO to join the company in its headquarters in Zagreb, Croatia and take over full responsibility for a team of approx 200 employees. The project is ideal for international Interim CEOs, Expat CEOs and digital nomads.

• Take full responsibility for the entity in Croatia, located in Zagreb
• Accelerate the ongoing post-integration process with the Group
• Cooperate closely with sister companies across Europe
• Transform the organization from silo thinking into a modern agile matrix-managed organization
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of approximately 200 employees
• Continue and grow the profitable business

المدير المؤقت المهارات المطلوبة:

• 10+ years of experience as a CEO in a similar field (e-commerce, digital media, digital platforms)
• Hands-on approach reflecting the size of the organization (approximately 200 employees)
• Experience in international management styles, particularly in matrix group organizations
• Proven track record in post-merger integration and business transformation
• Strong result orientation corresponding to private equity ownership
• English fluent, Croatian beneficial but not mandatory
• Expats, international candidates are welcomed
