About Our Client:
Our client is an Austrian family business company active in the field of chemical industry with more than 1.000 employees in more than 10 countries. The company is running its own research and development center in Vienna, together with 4 manufacturing divisions and an independent sales organization. The company’s operations have been recently transformed and the respective financial organization needs to catch-up.
Project Description:
-
⨫ following an organizational change, re-design and implement new reporting, budgeting and forecasting model accross the Group
⨫ roll-out the new structure to all European entities
⨫ train the finance community in 10 countries
⨫ communicate actively with the Group Auditors (Big4) and ensure a clean audit report is issued (deadline June 2024)
Interim Manager Required Skills:
-
⨫ 10-15 years of experience as CFO
⨫ ACCA, DiplIFRS or similar certification
⨫ solid track record in the consolidation of ~10 entities with 1.000+ employees
⨫ mature communication skills with cross-cultural experience
⨫ English, German fluent
