About Our Client:
Our client, a prominent German company in the metal industry, operates across multiple sectors including automotive and utilities. They boast a broad range of products and a diverse clientele. Currently, we are seeking an interim finance manager for one of their business units in Poland. This role is crucial for supporting the local team during a significant transformation program.
Project Description:
-
prepare monthly financial reporting
prepare budget, forecasts, variance analysis, KPIs etc
follow up on cash position and liquidity planning of the company, propose active measures
monitor working capital, customer and product profitability
prepare ad hoc analysis for the top management
actively cooperate with the HQ
Interim Manager Required Skills:
-
5+ years of experience in controlling, reporting, budgeting
solid track record in manufacturing environments
SAP experience is a plus, as well as IT competencies
excellent Excel, SQL, modelling skills, analytical mindset
native Polish, with fluent English or German
Key Requirements:

Controlling experience from international manufacturing environment
IFRS Reporting
Crisis management & Turnaround experience
