About Our Client:
A well-established international industrial manufacturing business is seeking discreet interim executive leadership for one of its production sites in Poland, within reach of the Krakow area in southern Poland. The company operates in a technically demanding process manufacturing environment, supplying mission-critical solutions to industrial customers through a multi-site footprint across Poland, Europe, and wider international markets. The assignment sits within an international corporate structure with strong central oversight and high expectations around plant discipline, operational excellence, leadership accountability, and consistent site performance.
The current context calls for additional leadership support at plant level in Poland. Senior management is looking to strengthen local execution, reinforce operational control, and ensure the site performs consistently under close internal scrutiny. This is a hands-on interim management mandate in Poland, focused on operational turnaround, performance improvement, continuity planning, and credible plant leadership in a live industrial setting.
Project Description:

The assignment is structured as a high-impact interim management project in Poland, with the majority of deliverables expected within the first three months. This is a senior operational turnaround brief for an interim leader who is comfortable taking decisive action early, stabilising a live production environment, and building a credible platform for longer-term operational excellence. Extension toward six months is expected to depend on the strength of the initial impact and the results achieved on site.
