139 – Interim CFO – PMI – SAP Implementation
About Our Client:
Our Client: Our client is a leading organization that is seeking an experienced Interim CFO to take full responsibility for the finance area in an acquired company. This role requires a robust financial background and significant experience in SAP implementation and Post Merger Integration (PMI) projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in integrating the company into group structures and ensuring seamless financial operations.
Project Description:
- Take over full responsibility for the finance area in the acquired company
- Roll-out SAP based on the corporate business blueprint
- Design and implement a new finance organization, including on-boarding and training
- Communicate with all relevant stakeholders, such as Auditors and Tax advisors
- Ensure the integration of the company into group structures
Interim Manager Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in a finance managerial role
- Verifiable track record in driving Post Merger Integration projects
- Experience with at least 2-3 SAP Implementations
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak; proficiency in English required. Polish language skills would be an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
