About Our Client:

Project Description:

• take over full responsibility for the finance area
• ensure accuracy of accounting and controlling
• directly manage 2 internal accountants
• cooperate with external tax advisor and auditors
• timely prepare monthly closing and reporting
• actively manage the upcoming budget cycle
• on-board and train a permanent successor, once identified

Interim Manager Required Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in managing finance department in manufacturing plant
• automotive background, experience with automotive plant controlling
• a good command of SAP on a user level (SAP FI, SAP CO modules)
• open minded with “growth and stabilize” mindset
• experience with Greenfield, Brownfield built and scale beneficial
• fluent Czech and English is a must, German of an advantage
