Our client is a leading German company specializing in the design and manufacture of machinery and automation solutions for various applications mainly in the construction industry. Founded more than 70 years ago, the company provides innovative technologies that enhance productivity and efficiency for manufacturers worldwide. Following a successfull greenfield a few years ago, the company is pursuing an optimization phase with focus on productivity, efficiency, and transparent processes in coordination with the parent company in Germany. For this purpose we are looking for an experienced hands-on Interim Finance Manager for the manufacturing site in Poland.

Popis projektu:

  • Take over the role of Financial Manager / Kaufm. Leiter in the Polish organization.
  • Introduce standardized and structured monthly closing, reporting, controlling, and other finance-related processes.
  • Overlook the accounting operations and ensure accuracy through close coordination with the external accounting office.
  • Implement basic governance and transparency procedures, including a payment approval process.
  • Coordinate closely with the Group Finance community and the Group CFO in Germany.
  • Ensure accounting records are properly booked following the group’s cost center structure.
  • Analyze and find ways to optimize efficiency and transparency throughout the organization.

Interim Manager Požadované zručnosti:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or CFO in small and medium-sized companies.
  • A hands-on mindset corresponding to the size of the local entity (<100 employees).
  • Solid knowledge of local Polish laws and regulations, corporate culture and mindset, coupled with German working style methods.
  • Experience in an international environment and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Profound knowledge of cost center accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting methods.
  • Ability to implement fast close procedures in coordination with an external accounting office.
  • Proven track record of preparing statutory closing and managing audit procedures.
