About Our Client:
Our client is a distinguished Private Equity Fund with over 20 years of investment experience in Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe, having committed more than EUR 1 billion to various ventures in the region. We are looking for a CEO for one of their portfolio companies active in the Educational Sector, located in Belgrade, Serbia. The company is currently facing an accelerated revenue growth path, with a very healthy profitability. True to the Cross-cultural nature of our projects, the successful candidate should be a Pan-European or World-Citizen, coming from any country, willing to relocate to Belgrade Serbia for the duration of the Project. The English language is sufficient. There is no need to speak any of the East European & Balkan languages. We expect a project duration of 3-4 years, finalized by a successful sale of the company from the portfolio of the Private Equity Fund. The full package consists of: One-time Relocation Package (housing allowance, schooling, insurance, etc) Base Salary / Daily Rate Variable Bonus Fixed % from the exit value
Project Description:

Take over the full responsibility for driving sustainable growth initiatives of the company’s operations across various countries in the Balkan region.
Lead the Buy & Build strategy on new geographical markets, as well as on existing markets.
Significantly boost the company’s footprint in the digital market space.
Design and implement a robust Digital Sales Pipeline tailored to B2C clients (demand generation, marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, newsletters, sales funnel, etc).
Lead and continuously grow a team of ±100 employees across 3 Balkan countries.
Manage all the back-office processes – FI, IT, Customer Support, and Marketing.
Coordinate the future Sale & Exit process of the company mirroring the investment period of the Private Equity.
The ideal candidate must bring experience from
B2C On-line Digital Marketing Scale-up
Training, Education, People Development, Online Solutions, Remote Learning Sector.
Interim Manager Required Skills:

Proven successful track record in scaling up digital operations to regional/ European level
Sector experience from On-Line Services, Training, Education, and People Development, Remote Learning area
Willingness to relocate to Belgrade, Serbia with occasional business travel across the Balkan and East European region
