About Our Client:
A leading international industrial manufacturing group operating in advanced materials and engineered components for heavy industry is seeking an Interim Plant Manager for a strategically important production site in the Czech Republic.
The business forms part of a global industrial portfolio with operations across Europe, the Americas and Asia. The Czech Republic site employs approximately 500 employees and plays a critical role within the product segment supplying demanding industrial customers. The plant operates within a cross-border structure, reporting into a regional operations leadership team based elsewhere in Europe.
The interim requirement has been triggered by an unexpected leadership transition. The facility itself is operationally stable, with established cost reduction and operational turnaround initiatives already underway. The interim executive will be expected to establish rapid credibility on the shop floor, reinforce compliance and ethical standards, and deliver measurable performance improvement within the first three to six months.
