The organization is currently strengthening its Central & Eastern European operations and is seeking an experienced Interim Plant Director to lead performance stabilization and operational transformation at one of its key production sites in Poland.Project Description:
We are looking for an Interim Plant Director (m/f/d) to take over full operational leadership of a large-scale manufacturing facility in Southeastern Poland. The site employs nearly 300 staff and recently underwent significant capital investment in new processing lines and automation. Despite these investments, the plant is underperforming due to leadership challenges, inconsistent routines, and insufficient process discipline. The assignment focuses on driving output to budgeted levels, restoring production reliability, and introducing operational structure and basic performance routines. - Reinforce basic routines in maintenance, planning, and shift output
- Motivate and guide the local leadership team through change
- Build transparency for global stakeholders and restore performance credibility
