An international group headquartered in Switzerland, with a Dutch operation of several hundred employees across commercial, operational and support functions. A critical vacancy gap has emerged in the HR Business Partner role, creating an immediate need for interim HRBP coverage during an already sensitive HR restructuring. Further mandate details will be shared with qualified Interim Managers under a signed non-disclosure agreement.

This is an interim human resources support mandate: full continuity of day-to-day HR administration while the critical HR Business Partner vacancy is covered.

• Interim HR Business Partner (HRBP), reporting initially to the current HR Manager, then to the new regional HR leadership once the transition completes
• Full continuity of day-to-day HR administration: absenteeism tracking, overtime administration, related operational processes
• Ownership of data quality within the organisation’s HR information system
• Regular support of senior leaders and line managers across a mixed commercial and back-office workforce
• Close collaboration with the Interim HR Director covering the parallel mandate
• Immediate start required

• Available at very short notice and for a near full-time, in-office commitment

• Experience managing absenteeism, overtime, or similar operational HR processes at pace
• A short-notice cover assignment successfully delivered
• Evidence of reliability and follow-through on detailed, unglamorous HR administration
• A track record of working well under a more senior HR partner or manager

Prior short-notice cover experience will be given priority.
