Our client is a globally recognized premium brand and leader in the consumer and retail industries, well-positioned within the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. To speed up the growth, we are seeking an experienced Interim Regional CEO to oversee and drive their ambitious growth plans in the Central and Eastern Europe. With a focus on maintaining long-term premium positioning, the company operates through a well-established international network and emphasizes strategic innovation, market expansion, and operational excellence.

Description du projet :

  • As Interim CEO, take full P&L responsibility for regional operations across the CEE Region, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Lead and manage a large-scale organization consisting of regional HQ and local subsidiaries, supporting collaboration and operational excellence.
  • Drive the premium long-term positioning of the brand(s) in existing and new markets by aligning local strategies with the global vision.
  • Develop and execute expansion plans, identifying opportunities for organic growth as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&As).
  • Design and implement innovative online and offline marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales, improving conversion rates, and optimizing margins.
  • Partner closely with Group HQ to ensure that regional strategies align seamlessly with global objectives and are executed effectively.
  • Motivate, lead, and retain a high-performing management team to deliver on organizational goals and maintain a strong professional culture.

Interim Manager Compétences requises :

  • A minimum of 20 years of professional experience in managing FMCG, Retail, B2C, or D2C businesses, with extensive exposure in the CEE region.
  • Proven track record of success as a CEO or General Manager within industries such as Retail, FMCG, Food, or Non-Food.
  • Expertise in leading regional or international organizations, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and cultural nuances
