Project Description:

– Assume comprehensive leadership of the Human Resources Area within a thriving 1.000+ strong international company.
– Collaborate closely with the international CEO and internal teams to transform the local operational landscape.
– Originate and execute a strategic HR transformation agenda that redefines corporate culture, enhances dialogue, and skyrockets operational efficiency.
– Lead an HR team exceeding 20 FTE, fostering an environment of thorough operational continuity within a relentless 24/7 business context
Interim Manager Required Skills:

– Brings over 15 years of senior experience in Human Resources, preferably within the service sector, including logistics, cargo, and freight sectors.
– Demonstrates a robust international track record with tangible success in restructuring and evolving large organizations (1,000+FTE).
– Thrives within the global framework of Private Equity owned companies.
– Adept at liaising with labor unions and conducting negotiations with internal and external parties, showcasing a mature communication style.
– Embodies a profound cultural understanding, capable of merging international expertise with a comprehensive grasp of the native Polish context.
– Proficient in English, with proficiency in Polish considered a significant asset.
