Despre clientul nostru:

Our client is a well-established US manufacturing company based in Mexico, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. Following the departure of the General Manager, we are looking to onboard a highly skilled Plant Manager to lead their team and manage operations effectively. This role is available as either an interim position for an initial period of 3-6 months with the possibility of converting to a permanent role after the first 3 months, or as a permanent position for a candidate who can start within a short timeframe.

Descrierea proiectului:

Oversee all plant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards
Implement and manage production schedules to meet company goals
Lead and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Manage and optimize supply chain and inventory processes
Ensure compliance with all local and international regulatory requirements
Drive initiatives for cost reduction and operational efficiency
Report directly to senior management, providing updates on plant performance and strategic initiatives

Manager interimar Competențe necesare:

Proven experience as a Plant Manager in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain management
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
Ability to start within a short period of time
Familiarity with local and international regulatory requirements in the manufacturing sector
