About Our Client:

Our client is a global player in the warehousing, and fulfillment sector with a strong presence in Europe, and significant operations in Poland, close to the border with Germany.

Project Description:

⨫ take over the full responsibility as General Manager ⨫ manage an accelerated growth of the organization ⨫ communicate regularly with the European HQ ⨫ transfer a significant part of operations from Germany to the warehouse and logistics hub in Poland ⨫ensure compliance with Group standards and Polish laws and regulations

Interim Manager Required Skills:

⨫ 10+ years of experience in warehousing, warehouse automation, logistics or fulfilment ⨫ experience with accelerated scale-ups from a few hundred employees to a few thousand employees ⨫ solid track record in working in an international environment ⨫ English, Polish is a must, German is an advantage

Key Requirements:

Must have: Sector experience warehousing and fulfilment Must have: Sector specific laws and regulation know how Optional: Accelerated scale-up of fulfilment operations
