About Our Client:
Our client is an international group active in the packaging manufacturing sector with approx 500 employees on site in Slovakia, in the Banska Bystrica region. Due to the current tensions on the labor market, higher fluctuation rates, the company is looking for a support of an INTERIM HR MANAGER for a period of 3-6 months, with an oppotrunity to convert to a permanent employee after the successful mission.
Project Description:
-
⨫ support the plant manager in all areas related to human resources
⨫ act as a single point of contact for temporary agencies and hiring firms
⨫ ensure compliance with relevant HR laws and regulations
⨫ coordinate a small team in the HR area
⨫ manage all relevant HR processes (onboarding, training, hiring, firing etc)
Interim Manager Required Skills:
-
⨫ proven track record in HR, manufacturing area with ~500 employees
⨫ experience in negotiations with temp agencies, recruitement companies
⨫ solid track record in multi-cultural working environment (blue collars, non EU countries etc)
⨫ fluent Czech or Slovak is a must
⨫ immediate availability
