About Our Client:

Our client is a TIER1 Automotive supplier operating in 36 countries worldwide with 20.000+ employees and 2 manufacturing sites in Poland. The client is currently relocating part of manufacturing operations from Germany and Belgium to Poland. To support the local team in Poland we are looking for a Multi-site Plant Manager with experience from relocation and consolidation of manufacturing footprint.

Project Description:

⨫ take over full P&L responsibility for ~900 FTE plants ⨫ manage the project of transfer of operations from Germany and Belgium ⨫ ensure propoer staffing and planning in the area of Human Resources ⨫ coordinate actively the stakeholders in the sending and receiving country ⨫ ensure flawless operations without customers disturbance

Interim Manager Required Skills:

⨫ 10-15 years of experience as Plant Manager, COO ⨫ Proven track record from relocations, launch, and manufacturing consolidation ⨫ Experience from international automotive environment ⨫ mature (crisis) communication style ⨫ English is a must, German valuable

Key Requirements:

Relocation and consolidation of manufacturing Turnaround Management & Crisis International experience
