Our client excels in identifying and leveraging market opportunities while maintaining active communication with their established network of distributors. Their ongoing mission is to find innovative methods to boost sales in these regions, working in close coordination with the family owner to strategize and implement effective sales tactics.

Project Description:

    – Identify market opportunities on the Bulgarian and Romanian markets. – Actively communicate with the existing network of distributors. – Discover new ways of increasing sales in the Bulgarian and Romanian markets. – Coordinate with the family owner on strategy and implementation. – Lead and manage a small team of 2 sales reps based locally. – Develop and execute a hands-on approach to managing daily operations. – Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Interim Manager Required Skills:

    – Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager. – Proven track record in B2B sales. – Capability to manage a small team of 2 sales representatives. – In-depth understanding of the specifics of Balkan markets and topography. – Practical common sense approach to managing daily operations. – Fluency in Italian and Bulgarian is a must. – Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
