150 – Interim Plant Manager – Automotive – Slovakia

About Our Client:

Project Description:

• take over full P&L responsibility for ±200 – 300 employees on site
• navigate the automotive company through today’s challenging market environment
• in coordination with HQ in Germany introduce efficiency measures to improve performance of the manufacturing site
• lead, motivate and develop the team on site

Interim Manager Required Skills:

• allrounder, general manager with a strong manufacturing backgound as Plant Manager or Chief Operations Officer
• people and customer centric mindset with ability to lead employees through turbulent times
• proven track record of perfomance improvement, lean management implementations
• senior, mature personality able to coordinate activities with other Group manufacturing sites
• Slovak/ Czech / English fluent is a must. German of an advantage.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with Lean Management, General Management, Performance Improvement and Employee Leadership
