- Act as Interim Finance Controller to support finance transformation, digitalization, and standardization.
- Enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
- Train, develop, and mentor finance team members (approx. 10 employees).
- Ensure transparent governance and reporting, managing complexity across 30 export markets.
- Lead finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Optimize financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital financial solutions.
- Implement change management strategies to drive seamless process adoption.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
- Improve cost control measures to enhance profitability.
- Ensure alignment with GMP and pharmaceutical industry financial requirements.
- Oversee audit preparation, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support company growth and expansion.
Interim Manager Compétences requises :
- No pharmaceutical industry experience required, but strong financial expertise is essential.
- Proven expert finance know-how in transformation, digitalization, and standardization.
- Strong people management skills with a focus on team development.
- Personal care and leadership for a small finance department (approx. 10 employees).
- Hands-on leadership with a balance between strategy and operational execution.
- Experience managing financial reporting, governance, and compliance.
- Ability to optimize financial processes and implement cost control measures.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial operations.
- Experience in managing multi-market financial operations.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and provide strategic financial insights.
- High level of integrity, transparency, and decision-making skills.
- Effective in cross-functional collaboration and change management.
- Fluency in English is required; Czech or another Central European language is a plus.
- Experience in implementing digital financial solutions to drive efficiency
