The Role: Interim CEO and Strategic Growth Advisor

This is a dual-role executive interim opportunity for an experienced leader to immediately step in as Interim CEO, while also preparing to phase into the position of Senior Strategic Growth Advisor.

The interim CEO is urgently needed to cover the founder’s temporary absence (due to medical reasons), ensuring business continuity, client engagement, and operational excellence.

The Strategic Growth Advisor will gradually integrate into the leadership team to shape long-term business development, international market expansion, and strategic transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate executive leadership as Interim Chief Executive Officer
• Manage elite client relationships across the entertainment, luxury, and sports industries
• Oversee daily operations across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East
• Lead cross-border expansion and high-level business development initiatives
• Represent the agency at exclusive events and high-profile engagements
• Collaborate on internal realignment and growth-focused restructuring
• Contribute to brand equity, strategic positioning, and global influence

Interim Manager Compétences requises :

• Senior executive (50+) with 20+ years of leadership in PR, marketing, luxury branding, or communications
• Proven experience in interim CEO roles or executive transformation mandates
• A strong track record in business development and international expansion across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East
• Deep understanding of celebrity culture, brand strategy, and reputation management
• Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and credible at the highest levels of client engagement
• Willingness to travel, operate independently, and collaborate at board level
• Open to long-term strategic alignment and equity-based compensation models
