Our client is a rapidly expanding international manufacturing company in the mechanical engineering sector (non-automotive), with approximately 500 employees. As they experience significant growth in production volume and workforce size, we are seeking an experienced Interim Plant Manager to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and high levels of efficiency during this critical period.

  • Oversee all aspects of supply chain, purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, quality, technical, and R&D.
  • Ensure efficient production scaling to support business growth.
  • Optimize processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead workforce expansion and integrate new employees.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic oversight and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for long-term efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HQ on strategic goals; sales are managed centrally.
  • Oversee global delivery logistics, ensuring timely dispatch from the plant.
  • Develop and mentor the leadership team for sustained operational success.

Interim Manager Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

  • 10+ years of senior manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in scaling up production, leading workforce expansion, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) compliance and industry regulations.
  • Experience managing multicultural teams in international settings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to drive change effectively, and fluency in Lithuanian is a strong advantage.
