Our client is an international player in the FMCG & Consumer Goods sector with a presence in Vilnius, Lithuania. The company actually employs approx 200 employees in several locations in Lithuania We are looking for an Interim CEO / Interim GM to take over full P&L responsibility and drive the company through a transition after the sudden departure of the CEO.

Opis projektu:

take over full responsibility for ±200 employees and the corresponding P&L ensure business continuity after the sudden departure of the CEO lead and motivate the existing sales, marketing, and admin team act as a single point of contact for key-account clients communicate regularly with the HQ drive continuous focus on transparency, governance, and profit generation

Interim Manager Wymagane umiejętności:

5-10 years of experience as General Manager, CEO, or Managing Director solid track record in FMCG, Consumer Goods broader understanding of Finance and Sales Management experience from international working environment previous sales and marketing / key-account management experience negotiation skills Lituanian and English is a must

Kluczowe wymagania:

General Management skills including sales experience Binary Integrity with high governance standards FMCG, Retail Experience
