Our client is a global mining company established more than 150 years ago, with a presence in more than 30 countries worldwide. The company is well known in the Polish market with plants and business units in 10 various locations all over the country. To speed up the transformation of the group the company is rolling out the Group SAP Template to the entities in Poland. The IT/ Technical part of the roll out/ implementation is governed centrally by the Group, and supported locally by a local Polish implementation partner. To ensure proper implementation with a go-live in 2024 we are looking for an Interim Project Manager for SAP Implementation. A non-IT background is suitable (general management – CEO, COO, finance management CFO), as the IT part is covered by external implementation partners.

Popis projektu:

⨫ take over the ultimate responsibility for the successful implementation of SAP in the Polish cluster ⨫ supervise local users in all business areas (finance, operations, marketing, sales) ⨫ coordinate the implementation and cooperation of the teams across several legal entities and several locations in Poland ⨫ coordinate and support the efforts of local users, implementation partner, and the business community ⨫ manage and lead 7 key users of the implementation ⨫ ensure business processes, master data, security, integration tests, trainings, and cutover are performed on time and in the required quality

Interim Manager Požadované zručnosti:

⨫ a generalist (non IT) manager able to coordinate multi-site and multi-functional projects, ⨫ proven track record in project management of ERP systems, SAP S4 Hana preferred ⨫ familiar with a variety of business processes in a manufacturing environment ⨫ ability to coordinate finance, operations, general admin and other users, and processes ⨫ English, Polish fluent
