Opis projektu:

Project Management: Lead and manage the post-merger integration within the Human Resources domain, ensuring a seamless transition and harmonization of master data and contractual management.
Data Migration: Analyze, verify, and migrate all HR-related master data into the corporate software solution, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Contract Management: Validate the legal compliance of HR contracts, including labor agreements, in accordance with Polish regulations.
Oversee the continuity and correctness of data throughout the migration process and beyond.
Interim Manager Wymagane umiejętności:
-
Over 10 years of extensive experience in Human Resources.
A proven track record in leading post-merger integration and harmonizing HR processes.
Strong project management skills, ideally supported by a reputable certification.
Technical proficiency in HR IT systems, specifically SAP, Workday, or analogous software solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in HR data migration and consolidation.
In-depth knowledge of Polish labor and payroll laws and regulations.
Fluency in both Polish and English.
